Eat Local Southcoast Challenge 2024

Interested in learning practical tips and ways to eat healthier and purchase more local food this summer? Join our annual summer Eat Local Southcoast Challenge. For six-weeks we will bring you along on a journey of sourcing, eating, and learning about local food and your role in our regional food ecosystem.

The challenge is simple. Through weekly emails, you will be encouraged to source, cook with, and eat foods grown, caught, or made from within 200 miles. You can tailor this challenge to fit your level of interest with the goal of increasing your purchasing and consumption of local foods through incremental changes to your buying and cooking practices. The challenge is meant to be fun, educational, and inspiring for you – don’t overcomplicate it! Once registered, your weekly emails will be chock full of tips, facts, recipes, and more to keep you excited and motivated throughout the Summer Eat Local Southcoast Challenge.
