How the 21-Day Reset Works

The Reset is designed to fit seamlessly into your life – without pressure or overwhelm. When you sign up, you’ll receive one email each day, each focusing on a different natural health practice, such as:

  • Essential Fatty Acids

REST & RESET In-Person Workshop Event:

  • When: Saturday, February 1, 2025
  • Where: Location & Time: Onset Bay Center, Onset, MA from 3:30-5pm
  • Cost: $35/per person
  • What: A special event designed to improve sleep, promote healing, and relieve stress. Karissa Bankston at Ebb and Flow Wellness will guide you in a 90-minute session of sound healing frequency. Using Tibetan bowls, drums, resonant crystal bowls, and bells, you will be immersed in a sound-sensory experience designed to connect you to your body, mind and spirit.
