August is the month for teachers' Professional Development Day at Round the Bend Farm in South Dartmouth. This year, Westport elementary school teachers joined in for the first time as the MI's Grow Education program continues to expand. In addition, the SFPC's Strategic Plan of Action comes into clearer view.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and in this month's newsletter we bring you some ideas on how you can cultivate improved mental health for yourself or through your relationships with others. We also highlight our presence at this year's Bristol County Regional Alliance Annual Conference where the topics were mental health and opioid addiction.
