We are happy to announce that The Marion Institute’s annual 21-Day Reset journey is now underway, setting the tone for a revitalized and purposeful new year. We are also thrilled to announce that our Rest & Reset event, scheduled for February 1st at the Onset Bay Center, has officially reached full capacity—an incredible testament to the enthusiasm and commitment of our community. A heartfelt thank you to all participants in both experiences. We look forward to sharing this rejuvenating time together, embracing rest, renewal, and intentional growth as we step into a vibrant new season of health and well-being.

Join Us for a Comprehensive 8-Week Course in Mind-Body Awareness

We are proud to offer the only in-person Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course in our region. MBSR is a proven method rooted in the idea that our thoughts, perceptions, and reactions profoundly affect physical health.

We have the power to change our minds. Mindfulness is the path.

This is an IN PERSON course starting March 5th to April 23rd (Wednesdays) from 5:30 – 8:00/8:30 p.m., plus one all-day session on Saturday, April 5th from 10:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

In an effort to make this MBSR course accessible to as many people as possible, registration prices are on a sliding-scale.
