Over the past year, Southcoast Farm to School Coalition (New Bedford Public Schools’ Food & Nutrition Services, Coastal Foodshed, and The Marion Institute) took part in the Massachusetts Farm to School Institute, a year-long professional learning opportunity for school teams from across the state. The team was one of only 7 accepted school teams in the state! As the program comes to an end, teams were asked to submit a “report card” of their progress.
