- Enrollment: Once confirmed, you’re ready for your in-person MBSR journey!

- Schedule: Wednesdays, 5:30 – 8:00/8:30 p.m., plus a full-day session on Saturday, April 5th, from 10:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
