You answered the call—and the results are inspiring…

While our Grow Education Farm-to-School students took a break this summer, we were busy planting, weeding, and preparing 25 school gardens across six districts—setting the stage for a new year of digging, exploring, and learning.

Thanks to a generous $5,000 match, and to your incredible support, we met our goal (plus some!)—doubling the impact for hands-on garden education across the Southcoast.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to keep these vibrant outdoor classrooms flourishing. Together, we’re cultivating healthy futures!

HARVESTING SURPLUS  |  SHARING ABUNDANCE  |  STRENGTHENING COMMUNITY

Harvesting surplus crops, feeding neighbors, and building community across Southeastern Massachusetts

Fields to Families: Growing Momentum, Growing Impact

In just our first few months, the Fields to Families Gleaning Program has harvested and donated over 1,300 pounds of fresh produce from local farm partners to food pantries across Southeastern MA. And we’re just getting started!

As the season continues, we’ll be gleaning even more fruits and vegetables—and we need your help.

Thanks to Bristol County Savings Bank and the Massachusetts Society for Promoting Agriculture for their generous support in helping us launch this important program!

Farming and harvesting fresh produce to feed our neighbors in need

5,200 lbs. Harvested, Donated—and Growing!

Frogfoot Farm – Neighbors Feeding Neighbors has already harvested and donated over 5,200 lbs. of fresh produce—sending more than 400 lbs. each week to local food pantries.

With peppers, eggplant, squash, and tomatoes now ripening, those weekly donations continue to grow. We’re deeply grateful to our hardworking volunteer crew for harvesting, tending crops, and preparing the fields for fall plantings.
