A healthy spin on a classic favorite – cookie dough! This recipe makes a plant based cookie dough that’s ready to eat right from the bowl! No baking required. It’s a great sweet treat alternative to more processed snacks.
This recipe was presented by our Grow Education FoodCorps Team Member Keri to elementary school students at Jacobs Elementary School in New Bedford, MA. Taking cues from the nutrition curriculum in health class, Keri put a healthy spin on a classic recipe. She talked with her students about the various ingredients in the recipe as well as the plants from which they originate.
