Makes 2 servings.


1 cup water
1/2 cup quick oats
2 tbsp organic raisins
2 tbsp almonds (sliced)
2 tsp organic shredded coconut
1 tsp local honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt


1. Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan.
2. Add oats and lower heat to medium, stirring occasionally for approximately one minute (or until most of the water has been absorbed).
3. Turn off heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Divide into two bowls and serve hot.
