Each practitioner will recommend a program that best suits your individual needs, and helps bring your body back into balance.
The information provided on our website is only a guideline and will vary with each practitioner. Regulations and licensing also varies from state to state. We encourage each patient to stay open, do research, ask questions and listen to their bodies. We have found that patients respond dramatically better to treatment when they take an active role in their own health care.
Some of the most common therapies:
Detoxification
This can include a myriad of methods including dietary changes, liver and gall bladder cleanses, infrared saunas or whole body hyperthermia, lymph massage, vitamin and ozone infusions and homeopathic remedies and more.
Neural Therapy
Neural therapy involves the injections of homeopathic remedies into the body’s acupuncture points or organs. The injections points are carefully identified according to the sources of blockage or disturbances diagnosed by the practitioner.
Homeopathic and nutritional supplements
Homeopathy is a therapeutic system in which diseases are treated by substances that can cause symptoms of the disease in a healthy person but that, when administered in minute doses, can cure those same symptoms. Nutritional supplements are not a substitute for proper diet, but when dealing with a disease, extra doses of nutrients, especially minerals and antioxidants, given under medical supervision can often help reverse certain conditions.
Infusions
Patients can receive regular IV infusions of homeopathic remedies, vitamins and minerals, delivered directly to the cells. This administration of nutrients can achieve serum concentrations not attainable with oral routes, as digestion and absorptions are not an issue.
Therapeutic massage and body work
Many practices offer different types of massage, which can be very powerful in releasing blocked energy and toxins, reducing pain and restoring range of motion. There are a variety of techniques that also promote relaxation, balance energy and treat certain ailments, especially musculoskeletal disorders.
Colon therapy
Colon therapy is a colon cleansing with warm water followed by a repopulation of healthy bacteria. This therapy is extremely detoxifying and is effective in reducing inflammation and restoring a healthy digestive, immune and hormonal function.
Counseling
Emotional and energetic counseling are also added to many practices to overcome emotional blocks and help patients progress in their healing. With Biological Medicine, an individual’s willingness to take responsibility for his or her own healing is a necessary part of the process.
