Worksite Wellness – Stress Reset
Our customizable worksite wellness programs are simple, affordable, and thorough, providing a strong foundation for health to thrive at the workplace. Benefits include a stronger company culture, more fun at work, greater loyalty, reduced turnover, improved productivity, lower healthcare costs, boosted employee engagement, and healthier, happier staff.

Why Prioritize Workplace Health?
The average person will spend 90,000 hours or roughly one third of their life working. With this in mind, we believe it’s crucial that the workspace contributes to our health as opposed to reducing it.
Worksite wellness is now an essential part of a positive employee experience and work environment. The landscape of worksite wellness lifestyle programs can be vast and complicated. You will find that our customizable programs are simple, affordable, thorough, and provide a basis from which health can thrive at the workplace.
Organizations that prioritize health often see marked improvements in productivity, reduced absenteeism, lower healthcare costs, and heightened employee engagement and retention. They are better placed to adapt to increased regulatory pressures on workplace health and safety standards and withstand greater focus from investors and the public on how organizations are meeting environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria. Moreover, a healthier workforce is a more resilient and adaptive workforce, more capable of navigating the uncertainties and challenges of a rapidly changing world.
What is a Stress Reset for the Workplace?
Over the course of five weeks, participants will be introduced to a mindfulness skill or exercise — stress “resets” — that will enable them to explore their innate capacity for present-moment awareness. Participants will learn new ways to relate to workplace stressors and build a level of resilience in the face of adversity. The course is experiential and participatory in nature.
The ideal audiences for this course are leaders who wish to find more balance in their workplaces, as well as any staff who wish to acquire skills for navigating constant change with ease.
