Why do a Health Reset?
Health can come in many varieties. Health also looks different for many people. Age, geographic location, ethnicity, and genetics all play differing roles in one’s health.
What cannot be disputed is that having good health is our most precious human commodity.
Yet, in the 21st century, the conveniences of modern society–as innovative as they are–have created a gap between ourselves and our foundational natural beginnings. As a result, millions of us have come to discover our body, mind, and spirit dull from lack of energy or hampered by chronic pain and illness. We feel this way simply because these prevailing trends stand in direct opposition to nature’s laws.
Nature’s laws are common-sense-but-not-common-practice habits that set us up for a lifetime of vitality. They are laws that govern our physiology such as sunlight, nourishment, movement, hydration, sleep, social connection, and spirituality. Ultimately, they determine our ability to thrive.
Living out of balance—whether through poor diet, stress, or lack of rest—creates ongoing internal stress on the body. This imbalance triggers an inflammatory response as the body tries to protect itself, often leading to chronic, low-grade inflammation. Over time, sustained inflammation can damage tissues, disrupt normal cell function, and impair immune response. As a result, this chronic inflammation becomes a key factor in the development of various illnesses, including autoimmune diseases, heart disease, and metabolic disorders. By incorporating and practicing these Natural Laws, inflammation in the body will naturally decrease, helping to break this negative cycle.
