VOLUNTEER SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS
Cambodian Living Arts is interested to hear from volunteers available any time between January and September 2013 for help with:
Quality Assurance & Best Practice: Process and procedure mapping
LONG TERM PLACEMENT
We would like to do a full review of our organisational processes and procedures, making sure that they are all simple, effective and documented. This would be a minimum three month placement, ideally six, working with all teams across the organisation and likely involving coaching and mentoring with staff. The aim is that team is engaged in the process and as we document our procedures we also revise and improve them. The ideal volunteer would have some experience of quality assurance, project management and/ or facilitation.
Sound and light: Design and/ or Technical
SHORT OR LONG TERM PLACEMENT
We would love to hear from anyone with sound, light or other technical production experience. We would welcome short or long-term volunteers to come and give training to professionals and students and to share experience with our team.
Experienced researcher or information / knowledge manager
Cambodian Living Arts will start a project during 2013 to make resources about Cambodian Arts and Culture more accessible to the general public. We would love support from any volunteer academic or knowledge management professional who would be willing to come and spend time with our Project Manager to review the design and approach to this project. Long-term volunteers would also be welcome to support with implementation.
Researcher for Salary Benchmarking Project
Cambodian Living Arts wants to collect information from artists and other professionals in the sector about salaries, benefits and working conditions. This data will form the basis of a longer term project to establish market rates for Cambodian arts professionals working nationally and internationally. We are looking for someone to guide our interns in collecting and analysing the data.
