Transforming Cambodia Through Arts

Volunteer service announcement

Posted by Marion on 8.2.2012

Cambodian Living Arts (CLA) is looking for a volunteer to support our team and our artists in preparing for our new season of performances at the National Museum, Plae Pakaa.

You will work with us in Phnom Penh for a month (during August/ September) to help with two major writing projects associated with the shows:

  • Creating content for the program of the show. This will include information about art forms, performances, artists and CLA. You will gather information, including interviewing performers and master artists.

  • Produce subtitles for two of our three performances, in collaboration with our Production team. This will involve attendance at rehearsals and close collaboration with the Cambodian Team to develop the best translation.

All the writing will be in English. If you are interested, please email Ros Ratanak (ratanak@cambodianlivingarts.org) and send your CV, a writing sample (up to one page) and your availability.
